House of Family
When we think of home, we think of the place where we are rooted. We have firmly grounded our foundations and our family roots, as they were before. One day, we will return to the same land. The Fourth House is surrounded by everything that deals with aging, termination and our final resting place.
However, the fourth house emphasis is on the concept of home. By rooting, we build a home for ourselves, or in particular, for ourselves. It is worth noting that in addition to the actual houses (the brick and mortar around us), we actually have our own home. ‘I’m home.’ Words that have a relaxing song in themselves. He is now self-centered, focused, stationed, in peace with the earth. We want to come home for ourselves and for those we love, both physically and mentally. By creating a house, we create a meeting place, a shelter, a sanctuary for ourselves and for others.
In our home, we integrate ourselves with all that came before us and helped shape what we are today. We create a homelike environment that serves us to comfort and nurture those we love. In addition, here are important family backgrounds, cultural and social norms, and lifestyles. All of this, as our ancestry, roots and heritage, is ruled by the Fourth House. These features are brought to us through the “home” and blend in with the place we call home.
Our help to build our home is our parents, for they greatly nurture and shape our existence. Thus, the fourth house can also be considered as the mother or parent.
Looking at things from a highly tangible point of view, we can see that the fourth house also includes physical structures (houses) and real estate. The fourth house represents family, history and traditions. All of this helps the process of becoming a true, real, and unique self. This is how we get home.
The fourth house is ruled by Cancer and the Moon.
